May just might be the best month to live or visit in the Lafayette – West Lafayette area. 

The flowering trees, early flowers, and great weather are all wonderful!  The Farmers’ Markets start up with homemade goodies, flowers, plants, and early produce.

The first Gallery Walk is May 9th and May is the month when festivals like 'Round the Fountain Art Fair and outdoor concerts begin. Downtown shops start teasing us by putting merchandise outside and restaurants suddenly have outdoor seating areas. Like I said, May might just be the best month—but then of course there is June...
