Coyote Crossing Golf Course Clubhouse

The Dance

Duncan Hall

Graves House

Small meetings and receptions work best with no more than 30 people. A small kitchen, living room, and dining room make up the usable area. Historic Prophetstown

Big Four Depot Community Room at Riehle Plaza The Depot at Riehle Plaza provides a historic meeting and special event site along the banks of the Wabash River in Downtown Lafayette. Moved from its original location as part of Railroad Relocation, the Depot’s Community Room is available for meetings, luncheons, receptions, dinners and more. The facility is air-conditioned, and tables and chairs are available at the site. Maximum seating indoors is 100; additional seating is available outdoors on the terrace. Dimensions are 66 feet by 28 feet. Jenks Rest Jenks Rest is located within Columbian Park, and is a multipurpose facility that includes kitchen facilities, as well as a large room with capacity for 125. Handicapped accessible. McAllister Center 765.476.4585 Located off 18th and Greenbush Streets, this facility is available for rent for meetings, showers, performances, dances, holiday parties, office parties, seminars and more. McAllister has audio-visual equipment, a warming kitchen and a food preparation area. Rush Pavilion Rush Pavilion is located within Columbian Park and includes kitchen facilities as well as a 40 feet x 16 feet room for up to 50 people. Lafayette Theatre

Long Center for the Performing Arts

St. John Pavilion Located on the lobby level of the Long Center, this an elegant room is perfect for meetings, meals and corporate events. Tippecanoe County Amphitheater This amphitheater provides outdoor seating for 1,511 "under the stars" and is available for a variety of productions and events from May through October. To support your event, there are concession stands, a meeting room with capacity of 30-40, and a rain shelter. The grounds are an ideal location for picnics and catered dinners. Ross Camp Located 10 miles south of the intersection of State Street and South River Road on CR 75 S. A-Frame lodge with a capacity of 100. Features sleeping quarters for 64, meeting area, commercial kitchen and dining hall for up to 300 guests. Historic chapel seats 100 guests. Alcohol may be served with some restrictions. Ross House Located 10 miles south of the intersection of State Street and South River Road on CR 50 S in Ross Hills Park. Restored home of David Ross (1871 - 1943), a Hoosier inventor, manufacturer and Purdue University benefactor. The home has been restored, and is available for meetings, receptions and special events for groups of 50. Meeting room, kitchen, basement and porch available for use with rental of the facility. West Lafayette Parks and Recreation

(Contact each individual facility for rental) Morton Community Center 765-775-5120. This historic former school building is located at 222 North Chauncey in West Lafayette. Classrooms, dance studios and a multipurpose room with a stage are available. Priority is given to programs sponsored by the community center; however, non-profit, or private non-discriminatory civic, recreational, educational or social groups may rent Morton rooms on a space available basis. Small kitchen facilities are available. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays. The center can accommodate groups of up to 285 people. Morton Community Center is a smoke free/ alcohol free facility. Lilly Nature Center at the Celery Bog Nature Area 765-775-5172. This unique facility offers both a main room with seating space for up to 15 people in the library area, and a new conference room with theater style seating for up to 75, classroom style seating for up to 48 or meeting style seating for 38. Space may be rented 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. The facility may be used for educational, civic, and other appropriate activities, as determined on a case-by-case basis by West Lafayette Parks and Recreation, by not-for-profit or private, non-discriminatory groups or organizations. Small kitchen facilities are available. Additional rental times may be available by special arrangement. Public access to the main room of Lilly Nature Center is 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Lilly Nature Center is a smoke free/alcohol free facility. Celery Bog Nature Area provides self-guided trails through over 100 acres of woods and wetlands. Nature interpretation programs may be scheduled with the Tippecanoe County Naturalist at 765-463-2306. Lilly Nature Center is located between McCormick Road and Northwestern Avenue on Lindberg Road in West Lafayette.

West Lafayette Public Library

Columbia Street, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906 The new library has two large meeting rooms, The Elm Room and The Walnut Room, which can be combined into an even larger meeting space. Each of these meeting rooms has a capacity of 50, with a combined capacity of 100. The Children’s Program Room may also be scheduled for children’s meetings and events. It is available regular hours except during storytimes and other library events. Our Amphitheater may also be scheduled, subject to senior staff approval. You may schedule space for a meeting/event by stopping by the library and speaking with a reference librarian by filling out a meeting room request form and mailing or faxing it to us. John S. Wright Center

765-494-3625 1011 N. 725 W., West Lafayette, Indiana 47906 Off-campus site available through the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources. The 2,750 square foot facility seats up to 120 at 6’ rectangular tables, has a kitchen, and audio-visual equipment. Pricing is $5 per person up to 60 people and will be no more than $300 the first day and $100 thereafter. Off-campus caterers can be used and alcohol use must be consistent with the University Policy. Cell phone use is unreliable at the conference center.

YWCA

The YWCA’s banquet room can seat up to 130 and is appropriate for functions such as wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, wedding and baby showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, award dinners, seminars, and training/workshops. A fully equipped kitchen is available with dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware. Podium, microphone systems, tables and chairs are available.
